Cpt. Panagis Tzortzatos is a Master Mariner and a recognized pioneer in the early implementation of the ISM Code within the Greek shipping industry. He was instrumental in introducing maritime simulators as a primary method of nautical training and established the first full-mission simulation complex dedicated to Merchant Marine Officers. To this day, he continues to oversee the education and professional training of future Captains and Engineers in accordance with the latest international standards and contemporary technology.
